Stucco Repair By Rope Access: How it Works

Using the most advanced rope access equipment and techniques, we are able to fulfill all your stucco installation, repairs, and upgrade needs safely and with minimal disruption. When you work with us, here’s what you can expect from the process: 

Assessment and Full Inspection 

The first step is to assess the project, conduct a full inspection of the complete building, and verify that the building has adequate anchor points with 5000lb capacity. We will often do a trial run to determine what work needs to be done and identify any potential challenges. 

Discussion and Quotation 

Following this, we will have a discussion regarding the job with the Building or Project Manager and provide a quote for the job. Once this is approved, we will put our action plan and workflow into place. 

Site Work 

The crew will then secure the ropes and do the first traverse down the building to assess the surface to be stuccoed. We will then speak with the Property Manager and coordinate all logistics, timings, and access before beginning the project. The walls will then be power-washed, scrubbed, and prepped for stucco.

Quality Checks 

We will conduct quality control checks throughout the project to ensure it meets the highest standards. Once the job is finished, we will do a complete walkthrough and quality check with the customer to address any concerns.
